Yes.  But probably the easiest way to do this on a one off fashion is to
move all folders to a PST, then use the Lotus service for Outlook from the
Microsoft Office Team and connect the profile to both the Notes server and
the PST file.  Should be availalble on the web or via a phone call to
Microsoft support.  I'd bet that your Notes sales team could also help you
locate such things :)
