Exchange 2000 on w2k server that's a member of 2003 domain

Anyone have any problems setting up exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000
server that belongs to a windows 2003 domain? I think I read where
exchange 2000 can't be installed on a w2k3 server so I'm hoping there
shouldn't be any issues with remaining on a w2k server. 
Can ayone confirm this?
