Someone here suggested this, and it works for me. I just changed the DNS
record of the 'OLD' mail server to the same IP address of the NEW mail
server...

I need to move Exchange 2K/Windows2K SP4 to new hardware.  I do not want
to
use Veritas to restore, since the hardware is different.  

Any ideas, or would it be best to install OS and Exchange on the new
hardware, then use the Move Mailbox to get the mailboxes and public
folders
to the new machine?  

If so, since the Exchange server will be a different name, will the Move
Mailbox method require changing each Outlook client to new server name?
