Exchange 2000 and ISA on the same box

Has anyone successfully got Exchange 2000 and ISA to run on the same
server?
I am trying this now and I cannot administer the public folders in
Exchange. The default IIS website needs to be running on port 80, but I
can't get the default IIS website to run on port 80. It says that the
address is already in use.
Has anyone done this?
