Exchange 2000 Reference

Does anyone have a recommended text to use a reference for Exchange 2000?
I know there are many choices out there.
Imagine someone who already has the server setup and configured, but has
little knowledge of everything Exchange can do for clients, how to make
those features available, and how to manage the Exchange server.
Since I have no experience with Exchange, I am not interested in all of
the feature differences from the previous version.
Your input is appreciated.
