Exchange 2000 Problem

Hi all,
I would like to know if someone had the following problem in Exchange
2000 with SP3:
The users are working normally and sudenlly the users can not connect to
exchange server. We look in Exchange System Manager and we find all services
running but the Mailbox Store is dismounted. This is occurring during all
bussiness time.
Does someone passed for a similar problem ?
