Exch 5.5 PF phase out

I'm trying to recall. but do don;t have a 5.5 ui in front of me...
exchange 5.5 to 2000 migration almost completed. few last tasks:
we want to remove the last exchange 5.5 server from housing and replicating
any public folders. Isn't there an easier way than having to go to each
folder and specify that I do not want to replicate the folder to the 5.5
server.
seem to recall an easier way to do this globally.
