Thanks for the prompt reply but that doesn't look as though it is
related to the issue I am having:

[15:42:12] Copying data from mailbox 'John Doe' ('JOHND') on Server
'SERVER' to file 'C:\EXMERGEDATA\JOHND.PST'.
[15:42:12] Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the
Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you
have the correct permissions to log on. (0x8004011d)

The article refers to this error message:

   Part 1 Log:
   [16:43:46] Copying data from mailbox 'Jim Wallace' ('JIMWA') on
Server
   'BATTLEBAT' to file 'C:\EXMERGEDATA\JIMWA.PST'.

   Part 2 Log:
   [16:46:09] Merging data from file 'C:\EXMERGEDATA\JIMW.PST' to
mailbox
   'Jim
   Wallace' ('JIMW') on server 'WHAMYOW'.
   [16:46:09] Error. File 'C:\EXMERGEDATA\JIMW.PST' not found. Cannot
merge
   data into mailbox for user 'Jim Wallace' ('JIMW').
