Not sure what 31031 is. 31005 means that exchange isn't running. 31003 = The
DNS proxy agent encountered a network error while attempting to receive
messages on the interface with IP address <IP address>. The data is the error
code.
I used www.eventid.net to look these up, very useful tool.
