Subject: [exchangelist] Event ID 1023

Hi Folks,
The event log in our Exchange Server 2003 frequently generates this error
message: "error 0x7d6 occurred while rendering message 0001-0000003c96cc for
download for user jdoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:jdoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> . For
more information,click";
Source: POP3SVC
Category: Content engine
Event ID: 1023
The event ID 1023 in Microsoft Knowledge Base suggests to ignore this error
message ONLY if NOT occuring frequently. The user in question uses Outlook
2002. Your input is greatly appreciated.
