Error when backing up SRS

Hi all,
Running Exch 2003 on Win2003 server. Recently I have been receiving an
error that the backup didn't complete. I'm backing up the Information
Store and Site Replication Service. I am backing up to file, and sending
that file to a share.
The backup report is as follows;
