Error synchronization between mailbox and informations store in exchange 2000

Hi there,
i have a problems in Exchange 2000 server, thats i some account cant get
their messages until closed and re open the MS outlook2003, or i configure
it a POP3 account to resive emails, so i think thats some users cant
synchronizing between the informations store and the mail box.
What i should do?
