If you ran IIS lockdown, there are certain characters in the subject that
will give you a 404 error.  There is a TechNet article on this.

I get a 404 page not found error when opening various messages for various
users through OWA. I can open the same message fine through Outlook 2002.
Other messages work fine. Any ideas?
