Emailserver keeps performing mem dump

I have a P-II 300 cpu computer with win 2k and exch 2k. All lastest spks
and ptchs loaded.

The computer is coninually performing a memmory dump. It performs a
physical memory to hard disk dump then retarts and repats the process.

Any advice or is server pouched?
