Emails moving to public folder thru OWA

I have exchange 2003 and throu outlook client I could move emails from my
inbox to folder under PUBLIC FOLDER. However, if I login thru outlook web
access, I could not see public folder when I try to move emails.

Pl note that I could open public folder as separate window.

Could anyone help me in solving this issue.
