RE: Emails disappearing from the Inbox, please help ASAP

So, I'll BET that one of those PC's has his email
setup to be sent to a .PST archive file. In fact, I'll
bet it all on black please.

You need to check every single one of those PC"s, in
the Outlook services, and make sure all (Including his
HOME PC!), are set to have email delivered directly to
his email account.
