RE: Emails disappearing from the Inbox

Most likely they are being forwarded to a .PST archive
file. Go into setup on the client and see where the
"default email locatoin" is set to. Of course it
should be set to the persons exchange email box.
However, many times it gets mistakenly set to sending
email to the .PST archive file on the machine. So, you
would see it for a second in the inbox as normal, and
the suddenly it disappears, just as you described.
Check for .PST files..
