Emails Size

Good day averybody,
Maybe some can help me.
I am downloading pop3 emails from the ISP using one pc, and then this pc put
the emails in the public folder.
But when an email is to big, 10MB for example this email can not be putting
in the public forder.
It says; rules error.
Any idea
