[ExchangeList] Email addresses not generated when new account created by copying

-------------------------------------------------------Anyone run across a
problem with Exchange 2003 SP2, whereby when a new
account is created by copying another account, the email addresses are
not automatically created for that user as well as any other users until
the server has been re-booted? This may be happening with the account
is being created by ADUC running on a workstation rather than accessing
it on a DC or the Exchange server itself.
