Use a public folder for mail sent to support@xxxxxxxxxxx, and give these
people permission to it, including "send as" permission, and teach them to
use the "From" field when replying to one of these messages.

Hi Katherine,

Are you saying that I would have to create profiles for each user to
have access to support@xxxxxxxxxxx on Outlook? The problem with doing
this is that when you are dealing with illiterate computer people it's
only a stew a major problems. Is there a simpler way for doing this?

Hi Andrew,

The way that I usually see it done is that there is a mailbox for a
dummy user, whose email is support@xxxxxxxxxxxx User1, User2, and User3
would have "Send As" rights (and generally Full Mailbox Access, too)
over this mailbox.

That way they are able to open the Support mailbox within Outlook, view
emails sent to this mailbox, and reply as Support@xxxxxxxxxxxx

They may want to open this mailbox as their primary mailbox to make sure
that emails sent from them appear in Support's Sent Items.

Cheers,
Katherine Coombs

I have a question about email groups and users.

I am sure you are all aware that tech companies have a
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx email address which is shared amongst several
users, and when they reply back you receive an email from
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx not the user themselves.

I am wondering if there is anyway to setup Exchange to do the following:

Support@xxxxxxxxxxx (group)
 - user1@xxxxxxxxxx
 - user2@xxxxxxxxxxx
 - user3@xxxxxxxxxxx

When either of the users respond to the email which comes in to
support@xxxxxxxxxxx the return email has the user name of the support
group and not the user who sent it?
