Hi Katherine, Are you saying that I would have to create profiles for each user to have access to support@xxxxxxxxxxx on Outlook? The problem with doing this is that when you are dealing with illiterate computer people it's only a stew a major problems. Is there a simpler way for doing this? That way they are able to open the Support mailbox within Outlook, view emails sent to this mailbox, and reply as Support@xxxxxxxxxxxx They may want to open this mailbox as their primary mailbox to make sure that emails sent from them appear in Support's Sent Items. I am sure you are all aware that tech companies have a support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx email address which is shared amongst several users, and when they reply back you receive an email from support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx not the user themselves. I am wondering if there is anyway to setup Exchange to do the following: Support@xxxxxxxxxxx (group) - user1@xxxxxxxxxx - user2@xxxxxxxxxxx - user3@xxxxxxxxxxx When either of the users respond to the email which comes in to support@xxxxxxxxxxx the return email has the user name of the support group and not the user who sent it?
