Create a Custom Recipient that points to their external mailbox, and then
open the users mailbox properties in Exchange Administrator and there is an
option to send the mail to an alternate recipient (sorry cannot remember
which tab), pick the custom recipient you created and away you go.

I know this issue has been posted before but I wasn't clear on the topic. I
wish someone can help me to resolved this problem. I am running Exchange 5.5
and one of my users want all his email to be forwarded to his internet mail
address. Can someone please help me how to do that.

Thanks

john
