Are the attachments coming in with a .dat extension or are they coming with
the doc extension. Have them try right clicking the file and do a save as
and then try to open the saved document. Maybe they have a problem with how
windows is handling the file associations for those file extensions.

What type of attachments are they?

http://www.MSExchange.org/
Good Morning
I have a couple of users who cannot open email attachments. I searched MS KB and found an article that suggested renaming some dat files. We've tried that but it hasn't helped. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know of a solution for it?
TIA
