It didn't use to happened this way before, then I redid the IMC connector on
my exchange server 5.5 and it started happening.

So, I don't understand how can it be an outlook issue.

As far as I am aware it is an Outlook function. I don't of a way of turning
it off but if you use Outlook 2002 it doesn't add the person replying to all
in the To field.

I'm not aware of any way to disable it.  I've used many different e-mail
systems over the years and they have all behaved that way.  

Indeed, additional logic would have to be written to know who was sending
the message (and would become hopelessly complex for individuals that open
multiple mailboxes).
