[ExchangeList] Easiest way to send an email to all mailboxes?

Occasionally, I need to send an email to every mailbox in the org.
Using 5.5 it was easy.  What would be the best/easiest (mutually
exclusive?) way to do this with 2003?  I have about 1000 mailboxes in 5
domains.
