EX2000 store.exe hangs 100% randomly

Receiving the error on the application section of the event viewer..

PROCESS MAD.EXE.        MSEXCHANGEDSACCETS,  TOPOLOGY, EVENTID 2102

ALL DOMAIN CONTROLLER SERVERS IN USE ARE NOT RESPONDING




When this occurs the store.exe sits up at 100% and all outlook connected 
clients are locked until it free's up.   That could be 3 minutes.. or it could 
be 2 hours...   seems totally random.
