I'm guessing you have checked that the message tracking option is enabled in
ESM for that server. What is the value in "remove files older than..."? Do
the logs exist when you browse the dir for them?

Hello all:
I have been not able to track messages in E2k for a few months now. I
can't find anything in the Google forums or on Microsoft.

When specifying a message that I know has been sent and delivered (or any
message for that), The message tracking greys out like it is searching the
message indefinitely (magnifying glass image just keeps moving forever).

Anyone ever have this happen and find a solution?
