-------------------------------------------------------Yea, I believe the guy 
here had info and public stores
on the OWA box.  I just removed the info store and
remember I couldn't remove the public folder?  Well I
went ahead and removed it from ADSI edit and now and
no SMTP traffic is going to the OWA server.  

Basically i'm just trying to fix somethings that were
installed incorrectly here.
