RE: E2003. mail now not sending at all

OK, received I message directly from Jason.

As I suspected, there are some additional problems:

X-RBL-Warning: HELOBOGUS: Domain msny03.healthcarechaplaincy.org has no MX
or A records [0301].
X-Note: #### This E-mail was received from RevDNS:
[mail.healthcarechaplaincy.org]
X-Note: #### This e-mail was received from IP: [64.52.126.125]

The e-mail sent from msny03.healthcarechaplaincy.org from IP 64.52.126.125.
There is no MX or A record for msny03.healthcarechaplaincy.org. However,
there is a PTR record for 64.52.126.125 pointing to
mail.healthcarechaplaincy.org. There is also an A record for mail. pointing
to that IP address. There is also an MX record for mail. Therefore, you
should do one of the following:
1. Create a CNAME record for msny03 pointing to mail. (Not advised to use
CNAME records any where near e-mail.)
2. Change the HELO of the server from msny03 to mail. This is done using
MetaEdit for IIS.
3. Change the A, PTR and MX records to reflect msny03 instead of mail.
