Hi Patrick,
I assume from what you're saying that there is only one exchange server
involved (i.e. same user has two SMTP addresses)? If so then I think
that behaviour is only natural; you're sending to the same account!
If its two servers, then I suspect that the second server ( has
a alternate delivery recipient set back to the original (

        Hi All,
                    I have one server running on win2k with exch2k. One
particular user account encourted the mail problem. Ex. his email
address is user@xxxxxxx and he got another email address at the other
branch is user@xxxxxxx . when he tried send the mail from user@xxxxxxx
to user@xxxxxxx the user@xxxxxxx can receive the mail but at the same
time user@xxxxxxx will received the same mail. I had checked the
transaction from the tracking log it auto send a copy locally. I had
checked the microsoft outlook setting and exchange system manager there
is nothing wrong with the setting. Please advice
