Drive M out of space

I have a new customer running Win2K server and Exchange 2000 ( only 1
server in the company). Their C drive is out of space hence the
Exchange IFS Drive M is also out of space. I have moved the Exchange
database locations, created a new storage group on a new drive and moved
several users with the largest mailboxes to the new Storage Group. Can I move
the physical location of Drive M?
However, drive M is still out of space as well as drive C.
Any suggestions?
