Thanks for the reply. It is my understanding that the drive M comes up when EXIFS is running. The information store mounts sucessfully and we are getting no errors in the event logs (even when I restart the Exchange and IIS services)!? I have yet had a chance to restart EXIFS or do a full reboot.
