Karay,

You should make that a part of your 'New Hire' process. Everytime
someone is added, they should be added to the correct departmental and
global DL's. What version of Exchange are you running? If it is 5.5, you
can do an import from a csv file to add names to a DL in bulk....

Hi all,
Is there a way to send e-mail to everyone among the organization without
creating a distribution list? Since new users are added frequently, it is
hard to keep the global distribution list updated all the time. Thx.
