You are not running E2K on NT4.0 this is impossible.
In answer to your question, not it is not possible by default to do this,
you would need to look at something like AutoDL from the Microsoft website,
or SmartDL from www.imanami.com

Running E2K on NT40. If I create a distribution list called say Design.
Is it possible that each time I create a new user with the title of
designer, the user would automatically get added to the dist group?
