Disclaimer message for Exchange 2000

Dear Experts.
I just wanted to verify that what is given by microsoft on these
website will it work if i am using my client as outlook 2000 and my server is
windows 2000 with Exchange 2000. Will it send the disclaimer message to the
outgoing emails sended using outlook 2000
