I am trying out some third party software for appending a disclaimer to every outgoing emails on an Exchange 2003 server.  It seems to work OK when the recipient is someone outside the organization, but no disclaimer is appended if the recipient happens to be in the same Active directory.  The software vendor tells me that this is because Exchange will not let the disclaimer software modify messages which are internal to the Exchange server, only external messages can me modified.

 

Does anyone know of reliable disclaimer software that will definitely append a disclaimer regardless of whether the recipient is internal or external?
