It might not be a 'feature' available through the GUI, but it can still
be done.

 

Have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317327

 

(This works even if you're not using Exchange - the IIS SMTP component
provides the same event sink)

Upgrade to Exchange 2007.

 

Otherwise you have to use 3rd party software. It's not a feature of
Exchange 2003.

How i can add a disclaimer in exchange 2003 for all outgoing mails. I
dont want to use third party softwares.
