Mostly this might be due to any Antivirus Program. Just disable the program
and try to start the store again.

I have an Exchange 5.5 on Windows2K server.
Recently I have this log occuring many times in the Event Viewer and my
Exchange Information Store stops several hours after it starts (I have to
restart it manually).
