Hi Raj.
Even with a 0Kb Limit user is able to send small mails.I once had a
requirement for a read only mail box.Tried seting the 0 Kb limit but i could
send normal
text mails.I could never find a workaround to the Problem.

One thing you can try is to set the user mailbox's storage limit. Set the
prohibit send limit to 0KB, this should allow user to receive mails, but no
sending is allowed.

Guys,
Is there a way that i can disable users account on sending email
messages.. He can only received but can never send message.. Running in a
Exchange 5.5.I know its sound impossible..but if theres a way..im very much
glad for the information u can share..
