Have you contacted IT at the sending end?  It's always possible the
delay is on their side or somewhere in between.

Hello All,
This issue happened 3 0r 4 times. We are having delay in receiving
messages from particular addresses. I tested sending mails from yahoo
and hotmail. I received the mails w/o delay. only It happens particular
addresses. IS there any thing i need to modify in DNS settings.
I am running windows 2003/Exchange server std 2003 with sp1. 
Help me out
