Under Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 there no longer seems to be a way to specify
the default domain for a logon to IMAP, POP, or NNTP. Is there still a way to
do this or has the functionality been removed altogether? The default domain
for authenticating SMTP still appears as it did in Win2000/Exchange 2000.
