Hi Jitendra,
Thanks for provide the valuable input
We have already moved all mailboxes and public folder from exchange 2003 to 
exchange 2007 servers.
I have already decommission  three  singal exchange 2003  servers.

as i went through all below artical that only provide information to how ect 
the server , but i want unstall all exchnage resources
