The new server tool includes some additional intelligence in it for getting user TZs. The TZMOVE tool has also been updated, last week I believe, to look at when the OS patch was installed and optionally only move meeting created after that date. You still need to rebase, with or without the tools, so the 112 you already did should be fine. I think you meant KB930879.
