Let me explain this.

The server name has got nothing to do to where the email will go. Let's
say for examply you send a mail to robert.com. Now your exchange server
will request a dns server for the mx records of robert.com, and he got
these results

MX 10 A.com
MX 20 B.com

This means that the first server your exchange will try to contact is
a.com and the exchange sends the mail to that server. Now if a.com if
offline, it tries to connect to b.com. If it doesn't connect with b.com
server as well, it will retry to resend it at a later stage. Therefore
if you've got 2 exchange servers with 2 domain names it is very simple
to set up the dns. If server a.com hosts bbbb.com and server b.com
hosts aaaa.com all you have to do is for domain aaaa.com set the mx
record 10 pointing to server b.com and vice versa for the other domain.

you mean, the mail will find the server with priority search on MX
record, until find match domain.
in may case below, the mail will go to B.com with aaa.com without bounce
back e-mail cause the domain not found in A.com with bbb.com ?

It depends to where you pointed out the mx records.. the mail would go
to the corresponding server given from the mx records

Hi,
We are a newbie in DNS and mail server. We have 2 mail server, both
installed exchange server 5.5 sp3. We want to know, there is a domain
aaa.com, if in the DNS record for aaa.com :
    MX 10 A.com
    MX 20 B.com
and there is first mail server (A.com) with domain bbb.com and second
mail server (B.com) with aaa.com.
When an e-mail sent to domain aaa.com, what will happen with this e-mail
?
Thanks.

Regards,
Sulis.
