I am not sure if you can do this one time for many users (I'm sure with some
form of LDAP query you could, but I'm no LDAP guru). For one by one, you would
select the properties of the user account (in 2000), or the properties of the
mailbox (in 5.5). Then go to the E-mail Addresses tab, and click "NEW". Pick
SMTP Address, or Internet E-mail, or whatever the like is (Sorry, I don't have
the property page in front of me), and add username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
This problem is common for all my mail accounts in the server. So how to
add that username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in e mail address lists of user
accounts. Can u guide me .
As for nslookup test it works fine..
When I set the type to MX and check with server1, and test.com it points
properly to server1.test.com
However still the mails to useraccount@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx bounce back saying
host is unknown.
