Although scavenging is not enabled, are the individual records
themselves set for "delete this record when it becomes stale" If so try
to take that out.

Subject: [exchangelist] DNS & MX Records Deletion - 2003 Only

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi Community,

Can anyone suggest a reason why, every 14 days, DNS entries are deleted
for just my Windows 2003 flavour servers? I believe this is also
affecting my XP Prof. clients. I've a 2000 native AD, with 2000 DNS
boxes and nothing set for scavenging within DNS. I've manually re-added
these entries, including my MX records but desperately need to find a
proper fix. Any help gratefully received!!!

Many Thanks in advance,

Sian.
