First step would be to increase the Diagnostics Logging on the IMS to
make sure there is an attempt to get the message out.

i am sending email to a DL that contains both mailboxes from my server
and
custom recipient from my server. the problem is that some
of the custom recpients do not get the emails. i would like to see in my
exchange server if the emails was sent ( using the outlook client is not
a
good idea... ! )
