DC Replication

Below is the error I am getting when the two
Error id: 1925
The attempt to establish a replication link for the
following writable directory partition failed.

This domain controller will be unable to replicate with the
source domain controller until this problem is corrected.

Verify if the source domain controller is accessible or
network connectivity is available.

8418 The replication operation failed because of a schema
mismatch between the servers involved.

8524 The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS
lookup failure.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
DNS is working perfectly because it is only one on the same subnet. For
London I have also point to the Head Office DNS. Can someone help.
