Hi Bill, If you mean you would like to send a warning message to users approaching their mailbox size quota, the settings are under your mailbox store properties, limits. If you are asking to change the particular message that is sent to the users, the simple answer is no, because it is hard coded. There is a tool however that will let you modify (at your own risk) the alert. The file that stores the system message is MDBSZ.DLL. To edit the file's resources, you'll have to run RLQUIKED.EXE from the Resource Localization Toolset. Available here: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/rltools.exe Make sure to make a backup copy, replace the existing resource with your own, and then restart Exchange info. Service. Don't forget that upgrades/service packs will/may overwrite the file. If you need more details let me know. Good Luck, -Fares -----Original Message----- From: William Holmes [mailto:wtholmes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, February 02, 2004 3:43 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Customizing Mailbox Quota messages http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hello, Is there a way to customize the messages a user receives when the reach their mailbox quota.
