No error message.

If you type the full smtp address in the To: field, the message and
attachment gets through.
If you select the Custom Recipient from the GAL (points to the exact same
SMTP address) the message is delivered, but the attachment is stripped. No
error or bounceback messages.

This has happened before, and I found the setting in 5.5 that allows Custom
Recipients to receive attachments (when their name is selected from the
GAL), but I can not remember where it is located. This only happens when
selecting Custom Recipients from the GAL.

Weird.

What's the error that comes back? Something about a restriction in the
system?

Okay, I am having a brain cramp...

In the past, we had an issue where Custom Recipients listed in the GAL could
not receive attachments. If you typed their address in the To: field,
without selecting it from the GAL, they would receive the attachment. This
told me that their was an exchange setting preventing delivery of
attachments to Custom Recipients when their address was selected from the
Global Address Book.

Now it is happening again and I can not find that setting anywhere in
exchange that allows attachment delivery. Can someone help me remember
where that setting is?

Thanks,
Chris
